The staging process takes place in steps. It is different for vacant and non-vacant properties.
VACANT PROPERTIES
The Pre-Staging
During the pre-staging, we will come out to the vacant property, take pictures, formulate a preliminary floor plan and go over the findings with you.
- We will consider curb appeal and the appropriate/recommended rooms for staging.
- We will determine how much furniture, accessories and artwork will be needed to transform this vacant property in a warm, inviting showplace.
- Dragon Design, LLC will provide you with a formal, written proposal within 48 hours.
The Staging
Dragon Design works quickly! Once we have agreed on a contractual staging date, we can have a vacant property staged within 1-2 days!
- We will bring in the appropriate size and scaled furniture for the rooms.
- We will compliment the furniture with beautiful accessories and artwork.
- All items brought into the home are rented on a monthly basis. Cost will vary depending on the size and number of the rooms being staged.
